Safety and Security
Taking personal responsibility is a good way to ensure that you and your belongings are kept safe. A safe and secure residence requires effort from everyone – including residents. Do your part with the following safe practices:
- Lock your door(s) each time you leave your room and/or unit.
- Lock your room door and ground floor windows when you’re sleeping, when you leave your room or when you are alone.
- Do not let strangers into your unit or room. Speak to any person in your house or unit that you don’t know and ask them to go to the Commonsblock.
- Don’t leave valuables in plain view in your room or your car. It’s also smart to avoid having large amounts of cash in your room.
