Marine Drive Overview

Winter Session (Building 5)

Building 5 studio units are furnished with a full-size bed, desk, chair, dresser, dining table and chairs, stove and under-counter fridge. The two-, three- and four-bedroom shared units have twin XL beds (To find out more about bed linens, click here.), a furnished living area, full-size fridge and dishwasher. There are washrooms in all units. Winter-session residents are required to participate in the residence lottery and must move out at the end of winter session.

Year Round (Building 1, 2, 4 and 6)

Buildings 1, 2, 4 and 6 are well-suited to upper-year and graduate students who are looking for a year-round, independent lifestyle. Some floors are reserved for graduate students.

Living in Marine Drive buildings 1, 2, 4 and 6 is based on a year-round contract, so it's exempt from the residence lottery.

Studios:

All studios are furnished with a desk, chair, dresser, dining table and chairs, stove and under-counter fridge.

Bed sizes in studios:

Buildings 1, 2 and 4 are furnished with a twin XL bed.
Building 6 is furnished with a full-size bed.

Shared Units:

Two-, three- and four-bedroom shared units also have a furnished living area, full-size fridge and a dishwasher. Washrooms are in all units.

These Marine Drive buildings are lived in year-round, which means that if you are moving into a shared unit all we can do is clean your bedroom. The cleanliness of the living room, dining area, kitchen and washroom will reflect the housekeeping standards of your roommates.
