Monashee Place Overview

A quad unit consists of four single rooms that open into a common kitchen that includes fridge, stove and microwave, dining room and living area. Washrooms are also shared by all four residents. From the common area there is a single entrance into the main hall of the floor. Roommates can be requested.

A studio suite is a single room containing a living area/bedroom, kitchen that includes fridge, stove and microwave and washroom. There is a private entrance from the unit to the main hall of the floor. There are two large specially-designed accessible units.

A one-bedroom apartment is comfortable and spacious. These units have a separate bedroom, washroom and a generous living area, full kitchen that includes fridge, stove and microwave and dining area. Each apartment comes equipped with a queen bed, desk and desk chair.
