General Information
- Failure to pay the first instalment of residence fees by or on the assigned date it is due will lead to forfeiture of the Resident's assigned room.
- Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
- A $25 service charge will be levied on all cheques returned by the Resident's bank for any reason.
- Late payments may not be accepted. If accepted, will be subject to a late fee of $25.
- Charges for residence fees and meal plan fees (if applicable) will continue until all assigned keys are returned to the Housing Office and the check-out form is signed.
