General Information
- Failure to pay the first installment of residence fees by or on the date due will lead to forfeiture of your accommodation assignment.
- Post-dated cheques will not be accepted.
- A $25 service charge will be levied on all cheques returned by your bank for any reason.
- Late payments may not be accepted. If accepted, they will be subject to a late payment fee of $25.
- Charges for residence fees and meal plan fees (if applicable) will continue until all assigned keys are returned to the Front Desk and the check-out form is signed.
