Rent and Damage Deposit (rates effective May 2011)
The monthly rent includes electricity, heat, hot water, basic cablevision, and one parking space. All units are rented on a month-to-month tenancy beginning on the first day of the month.  A damage deposit in Canadian funds is required upon acceptance of a unit. Canadian funds for the first month's rent is also required at the time of acceptance. Applicants who cancel their accommodation after the offer has been accepted may be responsible for one month's rent.
