Student Housing

A Focus on the Family

Year Round student family housing for familes with one or more children, or for couples. This residence area is alive with the frolic of children. With its nearby schools, shopping and daycare, Acadia Park is a perfect neighbourhood for your family to live, study and work. Your children will enjoy the company of peers and the numerous green spaces where they can play. And you'll like the variety of community programs for you and your little ones. If you need child care services, UBC Child Care Services has long waiting lists. Please submit your application as early as possible.

Put your green thumb to the test in the community garden, or mingle with your neighbours in the commons area. You'll enjoy their friendship and the great diversity of their backgrounds and cultures. They help give Acadia Park and University Apartments its worldly and warm atmosphere, and pleasant sense of community.

All units in the Acadia Park Highrise and University Apartments (Acadia House, Sopron House, Point Grey Apartments and Spirit Park Apartments) are designated smoke-free.
