Acadia Park Application Info
Submit your application with the $50 fee and documents supporting the number and age of children who will be living with you. This documentation could be birth certificates, immigration papers or medical services documentation that lists the number of dependents and their dates of birth.
Application Date and Fee:
We will receive your application at any time during the year. The non-refundable application fee is $50. There are waiting lists for these accommodations. Your application is valid for one year only, and can be renewed on your yearly application anniversary date.
How to apply:
- Apply online: please log on at the Online Services Centre.
- Download a fillable PDF form from the Application Forms page or pick up an application form at Student Housing & Hospitality Services Main Office at 2205 Lower Mall, Marine Drive Building 6.

You can submit your completed application and accompanying $50 fee as follows:

The Confirmation:
We will confirm receipt of your application by sending you notification of your application status.
Accommodating Mobility and Agility Disabilities
If you have a mobility or agility disability, or have guests with mobility disabilities, you are welcome to request or accept assignment to accommodation located above the ground floor. Nevertheless, you should know that the elevators do occasionally break down, and may be out of order for extended periods. Inconvenience may occur for those unable to negotiate stairs.
