One of the many great things you CAN do while self-isolating is indulging in tasty and nutritious foods and beverages. Hooray! So enjoy yourself, and remember that staying well-nourished and hydrated in self-isolation will help support both your physical and mental health. Included below is information about meal plans, meal/grocery delivery options, and posts from students and staff replete with helpful tips and resources.

UBC 14-Day Self-Isolation Meal Plan

Looking for an easy solution to staying well-fuelled with tasty and nutritious meals and beverages throughout your self-isolation? UBCO Food Services has you covered! 

  • Those in self-isolation on campus are invited to order their meals for contactless delivery from UBCO Food Services.
  • Meals will be delivered to you daily daily: once at lunch, and again at dinner (which also comes with the next day’s breakfast).
  • Self-Isolation Meal Plan Cancellation Policy:

    Once you have arrived, or at any point during your stay, 48 hours of notice is required to cancel your Meal Plan.

Other Meal Delivery Options

If you want to order in meals, popular delivery services include Skip the Dishes or Door Dash. Please consider ordering food from nearby locations to reduce the sustainability impact of having meals delivered to campus.

Groceries and Meal Kits

Grocery Deliveries

If you have access to an equipped kitchen and plan on making your own meals, consider ordering groceries online for delivery to your door. A popular and near-by option is Save-On-Foods (select “Kelowna” and “UBC” when ordering). We recommend you order well in advance of your preferred delivered date.
